General Terms

• United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://dumonde.ae policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements :

Use of this website is available only to persons who are eligible to register as per the local regulation as a buyer or sellar and have the capacity to contract under the applicable law.

As per the Local Contract Acts, persons, who do not have the capacity, are not eligible to use the Site:

• Minors above 13 years old may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or a legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
• Minors below 18 years old are prohibited from purchasing any material. Your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members.
• Adults cannot purchase any material for a minor which is for adult consumption
• You are Not able to provide an address in the UAE or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”) or the specific location of the customer for delivery of products.

Your Account Registration and Obligations :

Your Information or any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process or by emails shall be protected as per the Privacy Policy of the Company .We reserve the right to decline any registration without further explanation. We reserve the right to undertake such checks as are necessary to verify your identity and can Terminate the account on our discretion in not complying to the Terms and Conditions mentioned. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. Product Pricing and Description :

You might see prices in your local currency based on standard currency exchange. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Site from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.While Dumonde.ae strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Therefore, Dumonde.ae cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Dumonde.ae shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

We strive to represent the most accurate image and description of the product, yet it may differ from the actual product due to product enhancement. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

Payment :

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our website : VISA, MASTERCARD in AED.

Foreign Transactions :

If the credit card used for the transaction is issued outside UAE, the transaction has to be verified. The following points has to be noted.

• • Dumonde.ae verifies the transaction with the card issuing bank before delivery of the item(s).
  • The bank will verify the following points.
    • Whether the transaction was done with the knowledge of the card holder
    • Whether the Credit card used for the transaction belongs to the customer.
    • In case of a Corporate card, is the company aware of the transaction.
  • The verification takes 3- 10 working days depending on the response from the card issuing bank.

In order to avoid delay in processing such orders, Du Monde will ask for the below documents

• • • Passport Copy/Driving License/National ID which ever will prove the identity of the person.
    • Front Side of the credit card.(never send the back side of the card)
    • In case of a corporate card, an official email from the senior management has to be obtained.

If a customer is not willing to provide the requested documents, he/she has to wait till the bank verifies and confirms the transaction.

Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content

You may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, abusive, defamatory or infringing of intellectual property rights and does not contain software viruses or any form of spam. Dumonde.ae reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, delete or edit any content that in our sole judgement violates these conditions of use and/or terminate your permission to access or use the Website.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you (a) grant Dumonde.ae and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media; and (b) grant Dmonde.ae and its affiliates and agents the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
